Keeping them persevere Rejection In Sales.

by Suharto

Since early age, children learn is that if they continue to demand, they will be able to get what they ask of the parents. They have learned that NO, it only means that they have not been convincing Mama and Papa.

They will continue to strive to convey their problems and ask them to get what they want. This principle also applies in sales. If a man believes that the commercial products or services will be useful for the consumer, he will still offer sales to consumers are confident.

Often consumers do not say, but as a professional salesman you will not surrender even if conditions become increasingly hot. He will continue to go forward, because ultimately that perseverance can always rejecting them. And in the end both the seller and the buyer will be mutually benefited. "WIN-WIN SOLUTIONS."

Professional sales can be a job with pay, at most, the highest in the world, paid the least or most easily become a job in the world. This is all determined based on the ability of business and a person, and only now that the strong will survive only.

Professional sales have produced so many millionaire professional than the other. A professional seller can generate more money from a leader in the country, in the profession because there are no restrictions on sales revenue. "Sky is the Limit."

Furthermore the areas of sales is when you have to prove themselves as a professional that you can take advantage of what the slogan "Martini Time", that is, we can take advantage of sales at any time, at any place, anywhere, and for anyone, because the expertise that you will always have in the search.

To be able to achieve remarkable success, the seller has a nature as antusiaseme, confidence, mental attitude positiv, and there is a great desire to achieve success.

Above all, they, vendors that have continuity and success persistens. Talent can not replace someone persistensy. And many people fail, the blame on their talents. Someone intelligence, education level one also can not replace persistensy. World full of people that smart and educated, but many of them experienced failure in the field of sales.

The light shines the most bright, always the first glimmer. Only a miracle can happen, but we can not expect much, because it rarely happens. What is the best we can always strive to survive and become a consistent and persisten.

In addition persistens and consistent, a successful seller must also have a positive mental attitude. This attitude comes from the heart. This attitude will be burning desire or the will to succeed before the mind to give a positive attitude that is needed to implement the tasks and continue working as possible.

With a positive mental attitude you as a professional seller will always successful. Always successful with consumers that you meet. If you maintain more negative mental attitude, then you will fail. If you keep the attitude and confidence that you will fail with each customer that you met, then we can be sure that you will fail. And failed with each consumer, this means you will not deal with consumers. Zero.

Attitude is the occurrence of a failure of trust and our ability to achieve success. Only those who can be able to coax that. Only those who can dirayu, which will successfully persuade others. Likewise, the applicable sales in the world, there is always the selling-buying process.

Big Salary-Do You Qualify for One?

By Seyi Durojaiye

Have you heard a friend complain to you about their measly salary lately? Maybe its you doing the complaining. You will need to think and do something to qualify for a big salary, if that is what you want and provided you have the ambition.

My friend, lets call him Alex, had a job as a teacher in a good school. He enjoyed his job, and was a star with his students and other teachers in the school. Although the job gave him loads of satisfaction - seeing his student’s blossom, learn, pass exams - he was not happy with his pay package.

Not having enough money at the end of each month was a bother. It was nice having a good job and one he enjoyed but that wasn’t going to pay the bills and put food on the table. He wanted a big salary, but he understood that his job did not carry a big salary. Unless he became a head teacher and that obviously would take time, besides his concern was for the present moment, not sometime in the future.

Realising his job did not carry a big salary, and in need of one, he made the decision to change jobs. The decision was a big one, but one he had to take though he knew he was going to miss being a teacher. The lack of money was making him unhappy and was soon going to affect his teaching.

To get a big salary, he had to think and research jobs with big salaries, and in an industry he would enjoy. Before long, he was reading, taking courses and exams so he could enter his chosen industry. Alex is now working in a job with a big salary, and he is enjoying it too. He also intends to return to teaching later on, when he won’t have to worry about the money.

You have a choice and the power to determine how you want your life to be. You can decide to make more money or settle for less. You can’t earn a big salary working in a job that doesn’t pay a big salary. You can’t settle for being the office clerk and expect to be paid the salary of an manager. You will have to think and act if you want to make more money.

Company Website in Japan

By Hayi Mansoor

Japan is not just a good e-commerce market but a potentially huge market for online business in Asia. One of the primary reasons being that Japan woke up late to the Internet revolution and is also facing different barriers like that of language and the availability of broadband internet services in both urban and rural areas. But now Japan has started investing in infrastructure and technology and is being considered as one of the fastest growing online markets in the world.

Like many others, if you are also interested in joining the online entrepreneurs then you need to have a company website in Japan. You can choose to develop your company website in Japanese or in English. Japanese is preferred as it can be then easily accessed by Japanese visitors. When visitors from Japan will see your website and read in Japanese then it will ease the communication barrier and help you to reach out to a potentially huge market in terms of sales and revenue.

The most profitable online business in Japan as of today is Yahoo! Japan Auctions. According to industry insiders, the revenue generated by Yahoo! Japan Auctions is almost a billion yen every month, which is roughly U.S. $8.2 million. The main source of revenue is self-service online offerings where the human intervention is minimal. So from the above statistics, it is evident that online business can generate a huge amount of profit and all you need is a company website in Japan.

The two potential markets in Japan right now are Gaming and Real Estate. Huge amount of real estate databases are being transferred to these websites and according to industry predictions, real estate will be one of the largest online businesses in Japan in the next few years.

According to a report by Japan Direct Marketing Association, the online shopping has increased by almost 9.5% in March 2008 as compared to the same period last year. The total revenue generated through online shopping is estimated to be ¥3.7 trillion or $35 billion by March 08.

Based on the above statistics, industry experts believe that various online businesses or e-commerce portals will grow at a faster rate than the service industry. The new internet business model that experts are toiling with is that of the internet grocery retailers, which will compete with the bigger traditional supermarkets. Of course, the business model is still in its planning stage. Hence, this is the right time to plan and develop company website in Japan, so that you can gain maximum visibility in the market and increase your growth prospects.

Here are certain steps that you can follow to set up a company website in Japan:

• Find what is hot: Choose the right product or service to sell online
• Work out a strong business model with a back-up plan
• Book a domain and take hosting space
• Develop a company website in Japan by those who understand the Japanese online market to target the Japanese consumers.

The Best Job In The World

By Tino Buntic

Ever wonder what the best job in the world is? It's not a professional sports player. It's not the lead singer in a rock band. It's not a doctor. It's not a lawyer. It's not an architect. It's not a CEO in a Fortune 500 company.

What is the best job in the world?

  • If you wake up each morning excited and eager to go to work, you have the best job in the world.

  • If you earn an above average income, you have the best job in the world.

  • If you consider your co-workers and colleagues as friends, you have the best job in the world.

  • If you get to do what you like to do each and every day, you have the best job in the world

  • If your career accomplishments get recognized and rewarded, you have the best job in the world.

  • If you like your boss, you have the best job in the world.

  • If you're treated with respect at work, you have the best job in the world.

If these apply to you, then you have the best job in the world. The best job in the world is not necessarily a glamorous job or a job that pays you a 7 figure income.

The best job in the world may be a veterinarian, a truck driver, a B2B salesperson, an office manager, a social worker.

What matters is not the perceived social position of the job, but rather if you enjoy doing it, if it pays well, if you like your co-workers and boss, and if you are treated with respect. If this describes your job then you just might, very well, have the greatest job in the world.

One Step at a Time in the Job Search

By Marilyn Tellez

What is the first step to take in a job search?

Let's start with "Who Am I?" If the job seeker can answer that question easily, then the rest of what to do, comes easily.

It is often the hardest thing to do in a job quest, or anything else in life.

Answering this question cannot be answered by a recitation of job roles. Job roles are what a person did in a job; the tasks performed.

The "Who Am I?" question has to be answered by an analysis from the job seeker, of just who the person is. Is the job searcher riddled by anxiety? Then, it is wise to admit that being anxious is a part of the personality makeup. We are to assume that it does not interfere with performing a job. Is the job seeker optimistic? Then that part of the personality can be emphasized in the job seeker and let that QUALITY be a part of the what the job seeker offers in a job.

Any personality trait, from pessimistic or optimistic, cannot be hidden away for long. So, answering the "Who Am I?" question is to be dealt with honestly and PRECISELY. Without knowing oneself well, the rest of the job search is just an empty exercise.

Employers look for whole people who often have quirks, possess good qualities, and able to do the tasks the job entails. Whole job seekers have a less stressful time looking for a job! They are always impressive!

Test If You Need a Change In Job?

By CD Mohatta

How to know if you need a change in job? for example say you have a job. You get good pay and are happy with the work. You get regular promotions and are satisfied. Do you think that you need to change that job? No, because you are happy. What about the future? Where will you be after five years or ten years? If your present job is Ok for today, will it be Ok for future? Let us examine this.

Before finding out if you need a change in job, please find out your needs. What do you need from a job? Are you looking for a challenging job? Are you looking for a job that gives you opportunities to grow? Do you want a job that may pay less but you don't want to work very hard? Or you want to work very hard but are looking for a very fat paycheck? Please find out what are your expectations from a job.

Now find out what do you want from life. What are your life goals? do you want to retire after a certain time or want to work till you can? Are you looking for great wealth or great fame? What do you want from your life to feel satisfied?

Think about your life goals and find out if your job goals will help you achieve your life goals. Otherwise you have to rethink about both of them. Once you are sure about your desires from your job, find out if your present job will give you all that you are looking for. If yes, you have no need to change the job. Otherwise, you will have to look for a job that will help you achieve your major goals of life.

Top 10 Super Job Interview Tips

By Kathleen MacNaughton

Use these interview tips for job hunting success! It’s a tough job market out there today. And getting the job you want requires more than just a killer resume. In other words, you can’t just sell yourself on paper. You also have to be able to do it in person--in a face-to-face job interview.

Here are a few interview tips to help you make a great impression on the person who interviews you.

1. Market your skills and related experience in the field that you are applying for. Be sure to do it in a way that is positive, but not cocky or aggressive.

2. Research the company before your interview. It’s a great way to know where you would fit into the organization. It also lets the employer know that you really want to be a part of the company.

3. Prepare answers to common interview questions ahead of time, and practice saying them, so you aren’t stumped during the interview.

4. Dress for success, in the manner you would dress for the position you’re seeking.

5. Bring a list of your own questions with you in a folder with the company’s name on it, so that you don’t forget them. You should keep your extra resumes in there too.

6. Be a good listener and focus. Some job seekers talk too much during interviews.

7. Be prepared to describe your weaknesses as strengths. For example, saying that you are overenthusiastic about performing at your best.

8. Make eye contact with your interviewer.

9. Don’t volunteer your personal opinions to your interviewer about any subjects unless you are asked.

10. Try to establish a good rapport with your interviewer. Be casual but professional, and most importantly BE YOURSELF! Take the time to implement these interview tips before your next job hunt. It'll give you a leg up on your competition!

A lot of people are finding it hard to find a better job simply because of the job search strategy they are using. Different strategies should be tested in order for you to find a job most appropriate for your training and experience.

A strategy is just a simple word but it is a big help to everybody. Even if you are brand new to the job market, with a good and realistic strategy, you can get any job you want. Having a good strategy makes everything possible.

Here are some tips for developing a strategy that will help you more effectively find the job that will suit your abilities and desires.

Tip 1:

You should assess your personal skills, experience, and other assets before sending out your resume. You should know what you really want to do and what kind of field you would really excel. Understand what excites you and makes your work seem more like play. Then make sure you stress the qualities you possess that would be applicable to those jobs. This will greatly simplify your job search and keep you from positions that aren't appropriate to your needs.

Tip 2:

Never fight with your limitations. Focus on the things you want to do and that you are currently capable of doing. Never take for granted the opportunities that come on your way. When you are out searching, you will find that the opportunities can and do come. Always have the self-confidence to stay on track with your plan.

Tip 3:

Don't underestimate the talents and skills you may have. Don't just look at the obvious sources of jobs in your profession. Sometimes a new situation in an area that is different from your past experience may be just the trigger for bringing out talents you didn't even know that you possessed. You may find yourself in a dream job that you never would have considered if you had only looked at the obvious.

Tip 4:

Another strategy of hunting for a job is to look in the areas that you really love and have a passion for. If you really want to excell in your work, and want others to value your individual contribution, you should have passion for your work. And you should bring that passion with you to your job interviews. That passion will often get you the job over someone with more experience.

Tip 5:

You should always take into consideration the environment of your prospective job. It should have pleasing surroundings as well as co-workers you will enjoy spending your time with. No matter how much money an employer offers, you won't enjoy it if you are miserable your entire working day.

Tip 6:

You should always make sure that the job you are considering offers safe surroundings. Don't accept a job that lies in an area of town you are uncomfortable driving in, or that doesn't have a safe entrance and exit. It is also beneficial if it is close to home and doesn't involve long commuting time.

Tip 7:

Spend a lot of time creating your resume. More than almost anything else, a good resume will get you in the door and get you an interview. Your resume should be a good mirror of your skills, talents, and personal assets. Before a prospective employer meets you, your personality will be assessed on how well you prepare your resume.

Carefully incorporating these tips into your job-hunting strategy will help you find the job that will not only incorporate your unique talents, but also be a job you look forward to doing every day!
